Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days depending on location. At this time we do not ship to Idaho or Kansas due to state-specific hemp regulations. Orders placed from restricted states will be canceled and refunded.

Refund / Exchange Policy

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we gladly accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of topical products, we do not offer refunds, but we will replace damaged items with an identical product. Customers must contact us within 30 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
